Cheryl Schuberth is a wife, mom and former corporate leader. She knows firsthand the frustration of trying to do it all and feeling that none of it is good enough. Her whole life was built around climbing the corporate ladder, but as she got to the higher rungs she realized she was missing out on so much of her life. And her sons' lives. After 25 years leading and coaching teams in the corporate technology world, she stepped away and embarked on a mission to empower other working women to become more curious and re-evaluate their priorities.
It starts with putting yourself at the top of the list.
I’m grateful for Cheryl’s eagerness to invest in me and provide honest and direct feedback towards my Corporate career so I can continue to strive for the greatest benefits in my role. When I shared my challenging crossroads with her, she showed great empathy and willingness to share her expertise to guide me into a more balanced work and life approach, which has been rewarding and priceless. I am thankful that Cheryl motivates me and feel honored to call her my Coach/my friend and truly value all that she has to offer.
